Remuneration: Basic + fixed allowance, bonuses, flexi working hours and hybrid work schedule, performance bonuses etc
Responsibilities:
. Audit and reviews the accuracy of operation activities such as email processing, etc.
. Identify internal operational errors to prevent incorrect payment being made
. Identify and prevent fraudulent, wasteful and abusive expenses
. Identify suspicious activity and submission to the designated internal teams for investigation
. Work closely with other departments to ensure our activities do not have an unnecessary negative impact on our customers
. Provide feedback to other departments in order to put in place safeguards to prevent further risk exposure
. Develop audit guidelines to meet compliance requirement
. Develop and distributes audit report in a regular basis and share the findings to operation staff
. Assists with third party audits by completing questionnaire, validating selected claims, responding to errors, etc.

. Team player
. Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external clients / customers
. Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems
. Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow to meet individual and team requirements
. Ability to exercise judgement
. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel needed. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint preferred
. Comfort with telephonic outreaches to global entities preferred
