Qualification:
1. A Bachelor's degree in quality or engineering field is required.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment. Equivalent combination of experience and education may be accepted. Experience in aerospace industry will be an advantage.
3. Practical knowledge of Quality Tools and problem solving techniques ( i.e ; 8D/FMEA/ IPCA, APQP, DMAIC, control charts and etc ).
4. Expose to ISO 9000 requirement and having knowledge of AS/EN 9100 and Nadcap is an advantage.
5. Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English.
6. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
1. To execute Quality policy set by the company.
2. Lead and drive Quality functions such as meeting customer requirement, satisfaction in Quality and objective achievement, effectiveness and continual improvement.
3. Develop and maintain overall company quality control processes.
4. Managing Internal product Quality performance - FPY , MQ and CQ
5. Responsible in internal and external product quality requirement and issue.
6. Conduct product/process audit as per plan and to verify compliance to the specification and requirement and the effectiveness of corrective actions.
7. Lead MRB and coordinate the Quality problem solving activity through 8D, DMAIC, PDCA and etc. Managing external product quality performance (Customer Complaint, Notification of Escape and concession).
8. Initiate / coordinate Quality Improvement such as COIN, KAIZEN, & SGA
9. Managing product compliance activity such as Process Qualification, process compliance assessment, FAI, and C of C.
10. Establish, release and maintain Quality documents to customer such as Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and Control Plan (CP) and Internal Quality document such as QPM, CAP, SOP, Checklist, inspection record & defect catalogue.
11. Produce and present Quality Report and escalation of Quality matters. Response, promoting and maintaining product quality adherence to related parties when required.
12. Initiate/ Participate with major Company / Quality Program such as IPCA, APQP, SQIP, SPC, AAEDP, Quality Week, ZDP program, FOD program and internal/ external audit supporting Quality Assurance etc.
13. Escalate and update product and process performance to the management.
