You’re Responsibilities: (What is this role all about? What does the applicant have to do?)

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the drawings.
• Prepare cost analysis for profit and lost margin such as materials, labour, subcontractor and general expenses.
• Perform and prepare any other contract duties assigned by superior.

Your Merits: (these are must haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professionals skills that you want from the applicant)

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
• Working knowledge and experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects such as CME, tower, foundation, steel and TI installation works.
• Experience of tendering and pre-contract cost analysis is required.
• Communicate negotiation with customer, subcontractor and supplier.
• Ability to work under high pressure independently and with a team is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Great networking abilities.
