We are looking for a Quotation Specialist to support the management of quotation for transactional business (exclude Secure Power) in EAJ. The role will primarily focus on preparing quotation across all Schneider transactional baskets for the assigned channels.

What will you do?

Coordinate quote creation per project/opportunity by optimizing the basket size & pricing within the agreed DoA and customer’s service level agreement;

• Establish the maximum basket size for each opportunity alongside the sales team

• Collect competitive intelligence within the SE legal framework to optimise profitability

• Drive a digital culture
  
  

Drive Transactional Quotation Process Discipline

• Instill transactional quotation process discipline, adherence to standards, and excellence in execution while holding sales managers accountable to quality and accuracy

• Working alongside the business analytics team to ensure the most relevant reports, dashboards and insights are provided to sales leadership to enable action and agility based on data-driven decisions

• Provide feedback to sales leadership on customer feedback, performance measures and process improvements
  

Customer Experience

• Handle customer escalations regarding quotation working with stakeholders in business units as required for support and ownership

• Obtain first-hand insights on Customer/Partner issues and aspirations through targeted engagements

• Provide improvement recommendations to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Experience working in a quotation role with varied and complex processes

• Experience in working with sales stakeholders in supporting customer enquiries and issues

• Experience in resolving issues with customers

• Experience in identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement of work practices and processes

• Strong understanding of customer-centric approaches to sales execution

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong analytical & organizational skills with good attention to detail

• Understanding of bFO salesforce.com and ERP (SAP)

• Knowledge of using Special Pricing tools (CPQ)

• Personal responsibility to take ownership and complete tasks

• Able to remain focus when under pressure to provide excellent services

• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time during peak times of the year

• Self motivated and agile learner, constantly keep abreast of industry practice
