Responsibilities & duties

• Utilize all radiographic equipment to perform x-rays, including (but not limited to) surgical and portable equipment
• Assist with taking patient phone calls to answer technical questions, schedule appointments and offer pre-procedure advice
• Develop a daily priority list that allows all scheduled procedures to be completed and makes time for emergencies as well
• Monitor all radiographic supplies and submit purchasing requests to maintain proper supply levels
• Analyze and report x-ray results to our physician team
• Provide receptionist duties at the front counter
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Assist doctors during consultation and clinical procedures (if necessary)
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Able to do corporate claims
• Handle all transactions including payments and ensure proper documentation
• Perform basic test on patients (e.g. administering urine test, vision test etc)
• Operate and set up of clinic equipment
• Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
• Maintenance of physical facility of the clinic
• Maintain filing system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or doctors
