Austin Lopez Home Team is looking for one rockstar individual to join our team in the greater Buffalo NY area as a real estate showing agent!

If you are a new agent this will definitely help with learning the whole real estate sales process from beginning to end. I plan to have you on my buyer consultation calls, opportunity to do open houses (FREE LEADS), I will also have you on my negotiation calls so you have hands on training in handling negotiations.

Job Duties Include:

• Educating the client on the purchasing process.
• Educating the client on the current real estate market.
• Attending property showings, home inspections, and final walk throughs.
• Answer any real estate questions the buyer may have.
• Hosting open houses.
• Daily update to Team Leader Austin Lopez on each client.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE A REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR ABILITY TO OBTAIN ONE.
• Must shadow team leader Austin Lopez on showing appointments your first two weeks of joining the team.
• Must have a computer as our support operations are virtual.
• Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Willingness to learn.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.
