Job Description :- Responsible for updating warehouse management system (WMS) for any incoming stock.
- Generate receiving note (GRN) for all incoming transaction.
- Liaise with receiving supervisor, to ensure items are in good condition and identify expiry date before created goods Return Documents (GRN) into WMS with complete documents from supplier.
- Ensure completeness of inbound process (monitor & follow up binning process) to issue GRN.
- To compile receiving documents and submit to customers.
- Assist team members for any related with receiving activities.
- Filling all related documents for further reference.
- Ensure cleanliness of warehouse and location.
- To ensure and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
- Monthly stock count.
- Other related warehousing duties as assigned by executive/manager
- Perform ad-hoc duties when necessary.
