Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications Needed:
High School education. Valid Driver's license. Ability to lift 25-80 lbs. regularly.

Duties:

Responsibilities will include working closely with recreation staff to coordinate and oversee Recreation, Athletic, Community Center programs and Special events. Will be required to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Completes assignments from supervisor; performs various work depending on the assigned Parks and Recreation Dept. location.

Performs a variety of custodial and grounds keeping duties at assigned facilities; including but not limited to cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, stocking restrooms, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, removing trash

Prepare Fields and Facilities for Sports programming, Tournaments, and Special events; including but not limited to set-up, monitoring, break-down, and other necessary duties as assigned.

Knowledge of the types and uses of common hand tools, materials, and standard equipment used in general custodial, grounds, and/or construction maintenance.

Ability to understand and carry out specific oral and written instructions.

Willingness and ability to perform manual tasks involving physical strength and endurance under variable weather conditions.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
