Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A); Regional FP&A
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports/dashboard and Management meeting materials
- Support APAC annual budgeting exercise including liaising with different departments for budgeting assumptions and identify the risk and opportunities to management
- Support System forms projects evaluation and EPLP analysis
- Provide function matrix support including preparation of budget; monthly BVR and variances analysis, projects review and recommendations, project cost monitoring etc
- Responsible for own deliverables and must take initiatives to resolve problems and meet deadlines.
- Handle any adhoc projects as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, preferably with an MBA and/or CPA/ACCA/CFA.
- Minimum five years’ relevant working experience
- Advanced knowledge of project management and familiarity with Essbase, OAC reporting tools and SQL are definite advantages.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong organizational skills and business acumen
- Able to manage multi-tasks and work under time pressure
- Fluency in both written and spoken English are a must
- Excellent skill in Excel and PowerPoint
- Sound knowledge in financial management analytical tools and investment modeling
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst.
