The Regional Manager will be responsible for all Operations in their assigned Hub's and any associated field locations.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for operational and regulatory oversight of station related functions in their assigned region.
• Responsible for all operational performance in their assigned system.
• Responsible for managing the opening of all new stations in their network.
• Responsible for contract administration of ground handlers, vendors and service providers.
• Key player in Customer service failure resolution.
• Key player in process development, administration and implementation.
• Responsible for oversight of all annual and quarterly audits including Customer Service, Fuel and Ground Operations.
• Responsible for implementation of all Station related initiatives.
• Research, direct and coordinate station-related activity between multiple operational departments within Mesa Airlines, Inc., including; Flight Ops, SOC, In-Flight and Maintenance.
• Liaison to Airports
• Participate in all Partner meetings and initiatives.
• Key investigator in all aircraft damages, incidents, injuries, and security incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Airport Operations.
• Responsible for assisting in the budget preparation and implementation of their assigned systems.

1. Thorough understanding of cargo operations (operations, ramp, warehouse and cargo handling)
2. One-year related experience required
3. Possess cargo operational and regulatory knowledge
4. Ability to develop and write procedures in compliance with all 14 CFR and Company policies.
5. Three to four years of managerial experience
6. Required knowledge of Hazardous Materials Regulations
