Shift : Day shift 4-2 (4 hari kerja, 2 hari cuti)
OT : 3 jam setiap hari (confirm)
Allowance: Night shift RM10, Meal RM2

Panel clinic, insurance, dental & optical allowance RM400 setahun
Daily 3 hours compulsory OT (Shift 4-2) DAY shift only

Yearly increment
- Perform and execute reliability test for automotive qual, package qual, device qual, ESD and evaluation.
- Set up, operates, maintains and perform basic troubleshooting of accerelated environmental test system in reliability laboratory.
- Control, maintains and update the reliability databases to ensure the data are accurate and deliver within schedule.
- Perform lead rework and BGA reball for RMA units.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Diploma in Electronics/Applied Physics or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices.
- Reliability work experience in Package or Die level reliability for a minimum of 2 years and above in semiconductor manufacturing related company.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have:
- Experience in using Reliability related equipment such as CSAM, HAST, Temp Cycle, Bake Oven, Burn In Chamber, Reflow Oven and etc.
