Key Responsibilities
- A holistic care approach should be adopted in meeting the physical, educational, social, emotional and spiritual needs of the residents.
- In ensuring that a safe, warm and caring environment is maintained.
- The RCA should be observant and attentive to the needs of the residents.
- Expected to serve as a good role model for the children under our care.
- To ensure that she performed her duties in complying with The Salvation Army policies and procedures including The Salvation Army Child Protection Policy and all relevant government rules and regulations including those governing the Malaysian Care Centre Act.

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in early childhood or equivalent.
- Working expericence will be an added advantage.
