L&L Hawaiian Barbecue in Denver is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate must be an organized and motivated leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management – Hiring, Training
and Development
Responsible to hire team members when necessary and
provide them with the complete onboarding for
employment with your restaurant. Will be accountable
to train and develop each position within the operations
to ensure they are following the proper brand standards
for prepping, cooking and customer service.
Operations Management -
Ensure all daily processes and procedures are completed
in a timely manner to make certain the restaurant is
fully functional. Be able to step in and assist in all areas
of the operations that need support. Verify that all
checklists are being completed by team members for
opening and closing of the restaurant. Make certain that
employee scheduling is handled each week and that
sufficient man power is used. Handle all customer
complaints and concerns and ensure excellent customer
service is being provided to guests.
Sales and Profitability Management -
Strive to increase profitability of the restaurant through
different revenue channels i.e., delivery, curbside, carry
out.
Marketing -
Train your team on all related marketing requirement
and initiatives to ensure proper and timely
implementation of the marketing initiative and plans.
Customer Service -
To establish good rapport with new & loyal customers.
To promote repeat business. To identify areas to
improve and provide necessary action, to maintain high
quality of service during restaurant operations such as:
manpower, technical problems, complaints etc.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Using the cleaning checklists, monitor the restaurants
compliance to required cleaning requirements by
conducting routine checks within the restaurant.
Restaurant Safety and Security
To ensure over all safety of the restaurant before & after
operations by conducting an overall check on all security related
points such as the entrance door, back door, safe, equipment
etc.
Team Culture – Employee morale
Create a strong team environment to uplift staff morale and
achieve positive results by demonstrating fair treatment,

- Two or more years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage staff
- Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions in a timely manner
- Ability to analyze problems and create effective solutions
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Bilingual a plus
