• Responsible for daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
• Responsible for guide and coach retail sales person on their daily operations, compliance to retail SOP and other tasks assigned.
• Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers’ needs
• Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers
• Achieve monthly sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy
• Comply to company policies and standard operating procedures
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Possess leadership skills and related experience is added advantage
