Job Description
Responsible for the full range of operation executive's activities in Revenue and e-commerce platforms
K*ey roles & responsibilities*
- Responsible for managing online sales and expense budgets. Measure and report performance against goals - KPI, ROI, and Profitability.
- Drive business process changes to increase revenue awareness. Work with internal stakeholders to support the e-commerce revenue and experience for the brands. and work closely with third-party business partners to maximize resources, enhance site presence and ensure business targets are achieved.
- Ensure timely review, closing, and preparation of all monthly, quarterly, and yearly AR reports.
- To generate report and profitability analytics and facilitate reviews with operations
- Ensure effective internal controls and undertake an operational review
- Continuous process improvement in increasing revenue.
- Provide a periodic dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons
- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies.
- Able to develop and maintain business relationships with third-party distribution partners. Work on online promotions and social media strategies. Ensure all aspects of platform content and info are accurate and updated
- Articulates revenue management strategies, ways to execute those strategies, and expected results
- Works effectively as a member of the management team
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma Advance/Higher/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Business Administration./E Commerce
- At least 2-4 years’ strong experience in finance or operations background in the hotel line.
- Knowledgeable of hotel technology including RMS, CRM, PMS, CRS, and distribution channels (OTA, metasearch, GDS, channel managers, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot table)
- Able to communicate fluently in English

- Communicate courteously with guests via live chat, service desk, and email, and update guests on the status of their requests within a certain time frame.
- Familiar with our products to resolve inquiries and complaints
- Keeping records of guests' interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Compile and create reports on overall guest satisfaction.
- Analyze data to monitor the performance of social media channels and identify trends.
- Take part in scheduled internal weekly meetings & brainstorming, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.

- Keep track and provide the market analysis (sales performance, competitors, pricing, activities, consumer feedback, and key learning) with onward action plans.
- The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in Revenue and exposure in E-commerce sales/platform management
- Experienced in handling principal accounts on online platforms will be a great advantage.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve the sales target given.
- Possess a strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and meet deadlines, and able to work beyond contractual work hours when required.
