A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES ASSOCIATE

n

As a Sales Associate, you help customers find and finance the perfect vehicle for their needs. With a full lot and thousands upon thousands of local and online visitors, you always have lucrative deals in the works. Your industry experience has taught you how to listen to customers and ask the right questions so you can match them to their ideal car. During test drives, you helpfully explain the features and benefits of each vehicle. Persuasive without being pushy, you negotiate deals that customers feel good about.

Once a customer has found the vehicle of their dreams, you're ready and willing to assist them with financing their purchase. You are eager and driven, but most of all you are ethical and honest. Working with top-tier financial lenders, you secure the best possible interest rates for our customers while still generating profits for the dealership. You thoroughly explain the lending process and ensure customers fully understand the terms of the financial agreement. You also discuss additional services such as extended service contracts and insurance options so our customers can make informed decisions about coverage.

Attentive to detail, you use state-of-the-art car dealership software to prepare and submit all documentation. Follow-up is important to you, so you make sure to reach out to customers after a successful deal to ensure satisfaction and generate referral leads. This full-time automotive sales position typically works between the hours of 10 am - 7 pm, Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sunday!
