OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

• Drive awareness and understanding of myTukar products and services and building a sustainable relationship.
• Develop and maintain a strong and beneficial relationship with New Car Dealerships by providing sound advice on the best product and services that fit their business needs.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep abreast of our business environment, to ensure our products and services are relevant and competitive.
• Ensuring managing, execution of leads to meet sales volume KPI and develop high penetration rate in serviced areas.
• Execution of sales process to provide hassle-free services for business partners.
• BMs are required to achieve of their Individual KPI or team KPI
• To always keep up with the constant change of process flow and campaigns by the management.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• Fresh graduate or 1 years of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.
• Having excellent organizational, management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
