Position: Sales Executive/ManagerLocation: Eco Santuari, 42500 Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Accountable to achieve sales target, sales-related operations & administration and collection of payments.
- Develop and manage effective sales plan & marketing activities, propose monthly marketing and sales activities, coordinate and closed follow-up on progress to achieve customer’s business needs.
- Actively expand customer base, accurate and quick response, sourcing of ideas, expand product depth to customers, sell brand/product benefits, uphold professional relationships to grow performance results.
- Collect, evaluate and analyse customers information, propose products to customers, negotiate prices, excellent service, speedy delivery, manage issue, remedial actions and other matters related to customer.
- Build strong teamwork, coordinate with related departments including Purchasing, Merchandising, Production, Design and Admin to execute assignments effectively and
- Effectively manage resources, product development, process flow, costs and prices to achieve sales volume and targets, accurate update and maintain & tabulate sales report, inventory & indent order planning to enhance operations.
- Carry out research and provide feedback on the existing market situation and forward new proposals to the management to address market change, open new market segment etc.
- Accept additional responsibilities, job rotation and secondment as instructed by the superior.
- Set term goal, periodical performance review, improvement plan and personal growth plan.
- Guide and motivate colleagues and team members for operation effectiveness and performance growth.
- Comply to ISO 9001, GDPMD & other professional certification requirements and other job functions as and when required by the Company.
Min 5 years’ experience in Corporate sales
Experience in product developmen,ie. apparel, linen products, household and daily consumables.
Aggressive, result driven, independently, analytical mind, figure sensitive.
Able to lead team members
Good in WRITTEN and spoken English. Fair Bahasa M’sia & Mandarin.
Able to travel outstation
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
Salary RM 3,000 – 4,800 per month
Mon – Fri (9.00am – 6.30pm)
