Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- 2 years of related sales experience especially in jewellery industry
- Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Candidate with service industry is added advantage, i.e. airline, luxury products, premier banking or hotel environment
- This sales job is under one of our subsidiary brand
- Applicants must be willing to work in KLCC
Responsibilities
- To achieve individual sales targets and group targets
- To carry out assigned job duties and procedures of retail operations according to SOP
- To follow up customer order and after sales services
- To serve walk-in customers and ensure excellent customer service rendered
- To promote the International Luxury brand image and provide the highest standard of service to clients
