Industry: Stainless Steel

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am to 6.00pm)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to sales team.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for order and delivery status.
  • Responsible to attend to customer enquiries and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain and develop business relationship with customers.
  • To liase with forwarding agents and insurance company to support import processing.
  • To coordinate with overseas suppliers for all the order and shipment status.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess good communication skill in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
  • Possess good initiative and can work independently.
  • Computer literate.
  • Experience in dealing with customer
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
