  • Tungsten Network deliver e-invoicing services as well as additional services such as Invoice Financing and Foreign Exchange Payments, all of which are tailored to meet the needs of existing customers in over 47 compliant countries worldwide.
  • The primary service is e-invoicing. Buyers communicate to their suppliers requesting enrolment to Tungsten Network
  • Calling businesses to understand any challenges or business usage requirements to invoice services. Qualify the DM and close the sale on the phone to sign them up to the Tungsten Network.
  • The business may from time to time alter your working hours based on workload, priorities or other business requirements. The business will provide you with as much notice as possible in these cases.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Calling (warm and cold) businesses to understand any challenges or business usage requirements to invoice services. Qualify the DM and close the sale on the phone to sign them up to Tungsten Network.
  • Enrolment specialist will be required to interpret supplier’s needs and form a consultative sell and then apply the solution, manage a contact strategy and manage (and sometimes generate) their own pipeline in order to achieve set targets.
  • Calling suppliers who have registered on to the network but have not sent their first invoice to ensure they go live
  • At times the Enrolment Specialist may be required perform tasks that are not directly sales related however fall within the general role and as such remuneration is covered under your salary.
  • Use only SMO (Sales Management Office) approved marketing materials and emails templates
  • Represent the specific buyer/campaign message (wording, tone, consequences) at all times.
  • The Enrolment Specialist job description does not limit or define what you may be required to do. Because of the changing nature of the business, the company reserves the right at any time during your employment to require you to undertake any duties falling within your capabilities and are a reasonable request of an employee.
KPI’s
  • All new campaign suppliers released into your portfolio are to be contacted asap, and no later than 10 working days as per agreed SLA with buyer
  • All leads are to be finalised within 12 weeks of campaign initial release date to an outcome of:
o Integrated
o Web Form
o Merge
o Refer lead to buyer (RTB task in OBI)
(If a lead needs to stay in sales beyond the 12-week cycle, a discussion must be had with Team Leader/Manager in advance)
  • The Enrolment Specialist is expected to make a minimum of 30 portfolio calls per day equaling 210 calls per week (during times when sales portfolios are not full, additional call time should be spent on additional tasks and RTT to Live conversions)
  • Enrolment Specialist is expected to make a minimum of 10 RTT calls per day equaling 50 calls per week
  • The Enrolment Specialist needs to be ready to start work at the agreed start time
  • The Enrolment Specialist CRM tool notes are to be bespoke and show an action, outcome and next step. All notes must be externally suitable paragraphs or long sentences.
  • When RTB function needs to be used, the correct reason must be selected and the free text field must be at least 1 paragraph long, it must describe background, efforts to date, and a requested/suggested action for the buyer. Please reference supplier/buyer contact details that are relevant to the RTB reason
  • All Web Form (WF) links sent are to be followed up within 48hrs
  • Before starting any sales call, the Enrolment Specialist should have open a copy of the buyer campaign letter and FAQ’s so that we can represent it and quote from it correctly and effectively
  • The Enrolment Specialist is to maintain a minimum contact with suppliers of 1-6 days based on portfolio size, the timeframe should be shorter when a lead is hot and/or high volume (above 500 inv p/a), and longer based on discretion (however never longer than 10 working days)
  • The Enrolment Specialist is to follow up all RTB’s returned to their portfolio from the buyer asap and no longer than 48hrs
  • The Enrolment Specialist is to achieve a minimum Go Live rate of 70% (Web Forms)
  • A monthly target which will be based on portfolio size

  • To adhere to the principles of TCF (Treating Customer Fairly) at all times when responding to customers.
  • To use positive and professional language when speaking to colleagues and customers.
  • To work within the team and add value by offering ideas or thoughts to improve service.
  • To adhere to all compliance and business regulations when dealing with allocated tasks.
