Equivalent ExperienceDescription:
• Ownership of sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. • Create strategic selling strategy including cross-selling, up-selling and new markets. • Proactive and assertive outreach to potential customers, including cold calls, scheduling appointments and face to face meetings. • Conduct customer needs assessments to align and promote Company products and services to gain market share. • Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with customers that lead to new business opportunities and wins. • Perform market research on new and existing products and services, make recommendations for new offerings. • Support company marketing efforts at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. • Develop and deliver professional sales presentations to all levels of customers at all points in the sales cycle. • Monitor quote activity and progress and provide customer updates as needed • Create, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives including collateral materials, advertising materials, promotional materials, public relations, social media, website, and more. • Manage branding guidelines across the businesses. • Learn and understand marketing strategy, capabilities, sales responsibilities, and seek input from internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback into marketing initiatives. • Conduct targeted lead generation activities within strategic market segments, maintain potential client databases, and communicate potential client leads to internal stakeholders; create pre-show tactics to support increased booth traffic and show lead generation. • Contribute to and support the development and execution of the marketing strategy, capture plans and strategic relationships for the capture of follow-on and new business development opportunities. Contribute to the preparation of sales plans, business plans and product development plans. • Work closely with the Corporation, General Management and Program Managers on growth strategies and execution.
