A leading electronics testing and measurement company is looking for a Sales Order Management Planner. The successful candidate will support order management in Semiconductor Infrastructure Solutions at the company.

Sales Order Management Planner Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $45/hr
• Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Santa Clara, CA 95051)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

Sales Order Management Planner Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily meeting with the Production Team to confirm the Sales Orders’ delivery date and monitor those SO for the staged release, and release in the Oracle system per the product pack out time.
• Reschedule orders in the system for Sales Orders that we cannot keep the Original Ship Date.
• Assess the production capacity and materials availability and schedule new booked orders.
• Work with Production Planners to identify what caused orders to be past due, understand the materials commit date, and actions that we can take.
• Manage the root cause of the miss orders and enter the reason codes in the tool.
• Take on a variety of business analytics for your development and growth (Based on your learning curve and interests and abilities).

Sales Order Management Planner Qualifications:

• 2-year college degree (At least), preferred in Supply Chain or data analytics.
• Oracle and Rapid Response experience are preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Attention to details.
• Familiar with an MRP system.
• Eager to learn and grow.
• Committed to delivering results.

Shift:

• From 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
