Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Our Operations team moderates millions of videos daily at a global level to ensure the contents are safe for our users. As a Quality team, we need to review and audit the contents which were moderated by our moderators, to handle appeals, providing feedback and support on policy questions.

What will I be doing?

• You will be responsible for monitoring international short video content quality to ensure community ecological security.
• You will have to do through data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality.
• You will provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps
• You will cooperate with moderation teams and Market POC to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard
• You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.

Qualifications
What should I bring with me?

• Have excellent language skills, (English & Burmese) Overseas working/ training is a plus.
• You come with previous experience performing a Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment.
• You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
• You possess experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment.
• Possess Bachelor’s degree or above, short video product user.
• In-depth contact with local customs and culture is highly sensitive to social news.
• Possess strong learning ability, cross-department communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature.
• Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc. With data processing, experience and other data analysis capabilities are preferred.
