Job description
PURPOSE
- Responsible primarily for providing support for SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively implement and integrate SAP technology into the customer’s business environment in order to achieve the expected business results.
JOB SUMMARY
- To perform Level 1 SAP Support to Business Unit’s in APAC and ENACAR region
- To meet company’s SLA in responding and resolving tickets and service requests
- To deliver on-site training which significantly improve Business Unit’s ability to use SAP and other key applications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible primarily for providing support for SAP EWM Module, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within target SLA.
- Act as point of contact to analyze, investigate, document and propose solutions for business Incidents and Service Requests
- Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly
- To meet company’s SLAs in responding and resolving tickets and service requests
- To deliver on-site training which significantly improve Business Unit’s ability to use SAP and other key applications
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computers or related field
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in ICT related industry (preferably in Manufacturing industry)
- Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules EWM
- At least one full lifecycle of SAP implementation experience (project preparation till Go-Live)
- Experienced in SAP design, configuration, testing and support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to learn other areas outside areas of expertise
- Good English spoken and writing skills
- Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Be able to coordinate with other teams throughout the global organization
- Positive and self-motivated personality
- Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-motivated and has a healthy respect for deadlines
