• Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;
• Learn and have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;
• Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;
• Effectively schedule deliveries/services schedule and communicating priorities;
• Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;
• Jointly coordinates with Scheduling team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;
• Adhere to all Safety rules and regulations at all times and wear proper PPE while on site;
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
