Our company is currently seeking a talented, detail-oriented individual to help with office administration. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a team environment and will be able to prioritize tasks while multitasking. We're looking for a self-starter who can implement daily and weekly administrative plans, as well as successfully complete other duties related to this position.
Responsibilities:
- Give the boss a good morning and remind them how well their company is doing.
- File invoices and receipts.
- Handle requests from customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Make sure the boss has everything they need to do their job.
- Ask questions when you're confused.
- Maintain company records.
- Answer phones and screen calls appropriately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $850.00 per week
