The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Adhering to service level agreements for incoming buyer chats.
- To deliver excellent CS and manage the needs of our customer (through shopee communication channel : Live chat)
- Liaise with other departments such as CS, Warehouse, or Logistics teams as required to resolve user issues
- Professionally handle the high volume of inquiries from customer
- Take ownership of issues and concern of customer including operational issue
- Continuously identity work process and improvement
- Achieve the KPI as daily basis set up by regional
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma from any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in seller support, customer service or a similar capacity
- Good communication skills are required to liaise with all level of stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
- Willing to work in Shah Alam area and possess own transport
