This position is based at KL Eco City, Malaysia supporting the maritime business.
- Review and approve crew movement and bank details using payroll software
- Review and approve crew wages using payroll software that auto interfaces accounting entries into SAP
- Review and approve manning agent disbursements using OCR based system
- Review and verify cash advance, post accounting entries
- Review monthly reconciliation for crew control accounts and manning agent accounts
- Yearly submission of employer's income tax returns, EA and IR8A for crew
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting or Part accounting professional qualification
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
