n your new role you will: P
Y
- rovide 2nd level support for Backend Capacity Planning (BE CPL) application . C
- hange request management for BE CPL application : Requirement gathering with business users; design analysis with system and business analyst. A
- ct as a quality gate for application data and functionality ; planning and execution of test cases with vendor. C
- ollaborate with onsite/offshore development/operation team to implement/ enhance/ maintain the application, ability to liaise with the external service provider. W
- ork closely with business users to ensure system compliance with business process and continuous improvement. W
- ork together with vendor and IT OS team , ensure system stability (server upgrade, monitoring, patches, improvement).
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: A

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience . K
- nowledge in Oracle and PL/SQL, programming skills such as C# / Java/ VB.net , etc. K
- nowledge in Tableau or any reporting tools . S
- trong at analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving skills , with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. U
- nderstanding of supply chain management is an added advantage. S
- elf-driven and fast learner, self-motivation and proactive. G
- ood communication skill in English. A
- ble to work independently with minimal supervision.
