Responsibilities

  • Responding to technical support incidents from users related to software and hardware equipment
  • In depth knowledge in setting up and installing new computers, networks, office equipment and software
  • In depth experience in Window Server, AD, LDAP, DHCP and DNS setup
  • Good understanding in Backup/Restore, Firewall and Load-Balancer
  • Knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, patches, anti-virus and other applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge in performing laptop diagnostics using software tools and open-up the laptop when required
  • Maintaining inventories of hardware and software
  • Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference
  • May required to work after office hours/off-day when performing IT upgrade

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Min 5 years of working experience in IT support
  • Must have a resourceful mindset
  • Willing to learn at fast pace
  • Good trouble-shooting skill
  • Must have good ‘customer service’ attitude
  • Team player with taking initiative mindset
  • Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English
