Job description
- Develop HR operation policies and procedures.
- Plan, prepare and manage all the administration tasks on appointment, confirmation, transfer, re-designation, increment and resignation of employees.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant Company, Regional and Group policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll administration and ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Plan and administer benefits and compensation programs
Job requirements:
- Must possess Diploma in HR or any related field.
- At least 5 years of HR related working experience.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will add advantage
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
