Position : Senior Human Resource Manager
(RECRUITMENT,TRAINING &SUCCESSION PLANING)

Location: Port Klang

Salary starting from RM18,000.00

Company Industry : Leading mega transshipment hub in Malaysia for the main shipping lines. The main gateway for container and conventional cargo for central Peninsular Malaysia hinterland.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Talent pools for current and future roles
• Evolve employees to the needs of the company and market through learning and development
• Build and update job profiles, job roles and responsibilities
• Creating campaigns for talent attraction and training program
• Organizational design: Org Chart and team structure
• HR Planning: Manpower requirements, succession planning, upskilling and interorganizational linkages.

Requirements

• Prior Experiences as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position in Recruitment, Training, Organization Design, Performances and Succession planning.
• Strong command over Excel, HR system, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of competencies, Training needs and gaps analysis
• Experience in managing multiple teams
• Experiences in engagement with Head of Department and Senior Management.

Salary: From RM18,000.00 per month
