Our Client is a progressive chain of Restaurants & Bar specializing in the development of affordable quality dining experiences with additional diversified businesses associated with the food & beverage and hospitality industry.

Position: Senior Manager
Location: TTDI

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementing effective controls of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses throughout the F&B division
- Maintaining effective communication of corporate directions between the HQ and subsidiaries
- Driving sales and bottom-line profits through execution of cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding the F&B market dynamics to anticipate opportunities and risks to drive business results
- Involve hiring and recruitment procedure.
- Prepare schedules for all employees according to the forecast and the limits of the manning guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed

Requirement
- Managed and experience in Food & Beverage industry.
- At least 7 years experience in related field.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to lead the team in a fast pace environment.
- Good time management

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic: RM 10K
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
