- anage & lead a team of development engineers in Development Centre Melaka, fulfilling division/business line expectations and working with other counterparts to support development projects/tasks. T
- o lead a team of development engineers with the purpose of achieving relevant KPIs of the team. T

- nsure the team’s functions run smoothly and efficiently at minimum cost and contributes constructively to the growth of the Company. P
- rovides leadership to the team to ensure that the goals & objectives set are attained with more than satisfactory results. D
- rive personnel development to ensure professional growth of department members through training courses, on-the-job training, and project activities. T
- echnically involve on problem solving and project execution, assigning relevant experts to support the team in ensuring successful completion of tasks/deliverables. B
- eing the interface into the global organization, including alignment and correlation with world-wide organization of labs. C
- ommunicates effectively with business partners, across business line and also inclusive of manufacturing colleagues (if/when needed) to ensure productive execution of tasks/deliverables for our customers.
ou are best equipped for this task if you have: P

- hD/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology). M
- ore than 8 years experience in Semiconductor Application/Test/Product Engineering and/or Device Testing with some years with a Lead role in people management. A
- nalytical & problem-solving skills & methods D
- ecision-making & communication skills in a complex matrix organization & customer/stakeholder management. S
- trong leadership & people management skills. G
