Job description

1)Conduct market research to assess current trends and brand awareness to produce relevant marketing information and to identify opportunities.
2)Responsible on company’s monthly marketing calendar and to develop new marketing initiatives for social media to strengthen engagement with target audience.
3)Prepare and deliver marketing plans and campaigns within key objectives and oversee all marketing activities, take metrics and write performance reports.
4)Manage and monitor progress of team on campaigns execution.
5)Plan, advise, prepare and execute digital marketing and advertising strategy for the company.
6)Keeping track, generating reports and responsible for ongoing online marketing efforts and expenditures according to the approved budget.
7)Create and liaise with IT team to send out email, SMS and Whatsapp for blasting.
8)Involve in LIVE Road tour (Jelajah Milagro, Event and Jelajah Sekolah).
9)Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
10)Responsible to manage team and execute marketing campaign.
11)Any other duties and responsibilities as instructed from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirement:

• At least 5 years experience in Marketing field & experience lead team
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Management or any related field
• A positive attitude, Independent, Self-Dicipline & Matured
• Experience with E-Commerce/ or Social Media Marketing exposure is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and people skills-those with good sense of humor preferred
• Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
• Other Required skills: Leadership, Marketing and Advertising.

Working hour: Mon~Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm & Sat: 8.30am-1.00pm
