• Preparation of RBI Execution plan, schedule planning, Client interfaces, conduct pre-inspection meeting prior for job commencement.
• Attend site visit for the information gathering & inspection prior for job commencement.
• Perform and lead Inspections as per client’s requirement and international standards applied.
• Guides efforts and provide technical advice to ensure reliability and maintainability of Client equipment’s, processes, utilities, facilities, controls and safety / security systems.
• Provides technical support for client production, maintenance management and technical & engineering personnel’s.
• Preparation of draft and Final Reports.
• Assist Operations Manager to supervise and co-ordinate job scheduling, manpower control and allocation within the department.
• Assist the Operation Manager in the development of existing and new business through regular client contacts.
• Acceptance and issuance of job instructions and control of special operations.
• Assist in the development and training of staff to required level of expertise.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted within client’s health and safety requirements.
• To recognize that the department Quality system is fully implemented as per the QA Manual.
• Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS requirements.
• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

• College degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in engineering field, plant operation, maintenance and inspection.
• Any specialize trade skill eg Welding Cert, NDT cert, API Cert, Nace Cert or relevant to the industry.
• Registered with BEM or IEM.
