• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Project, Project Management, Microsoft Office (Preferable)
• Have proven strong track record of leadership, sense of urgency, and high level of ownership.
• To be fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa.

Job Description

• To manage a small team of Site Supervisor to ensure smooth project delivery that adhere to strict timeline.
• To work closely with Project Manager and Contracts Department to maintain optimal level of profitability, and sustainability in running projects.
• To manage sub-contractors and necessary stakeholders to deliver timely job executions to meet tight deadlines.
• To understand comprehensively workmanship, in order to implement appropriate quality checking measures to ensure top quality delivery of project site to client
• To create a smooth process flow, and implement systems in Project Department to encourage strong and smooth delivery of projects.
• To comply with strict documentation for Project Administration purposes.
• To assists in prepare Weekly Site Report with ease
• To assists Site Meetings to enforce strong communication and project solving construction
