Company profile: Singapore-based direct after-sales customer care and part supply management services company
Working Hours: 8AM to 5:30PM (Mon - Fri)

Job Scope:

• Lead and oversee all spectrum of engineering functions such as test, debugging, FA, PCBA test and BGA rework equipment
• Responsibility on test, process performance and yield information, and provide technical support to other focus factory personnel
• Lead the Engineer for NPI Assembly/system level troubleshooting to component level Field board debugging and analyzing failure issue
• Debug WIP inventory control
• Lead and troubleshooting procedures and fundamentals of electronic engineering Leads a team repairs of PCBA Boards without a schematic and able to hands on troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics or Mechatronic
• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing. (Preferred PCBA industries)
• Have strong leadership quality and be able to drive project team in project time lines and cost.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
