Job description
Lead wire bond process engineering group to accomplish operational target, such as quality, delivery and cost
In your new role you will:
- sustaining and improving quality (customer complain, MRB and stability index) through continuous improvement activities/projects, such as NLoZD.
- sustaining and improving yield through continuous improvement projects/ activities
- participate in cost reduction project, such as NLOP
- lead and responsible for competency development of wire bond engineering team
- work together with other engineering team locally/globally for long term process sustainability and stability
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering(Mechatronic/Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical/Manufacturing/Chemicals)
- More 6 years experience in related semiconductor mainly wire bond process(gold wire)
- Excellence analytical and problem solving skills. Ability of practicing different problem solving methodology.
- Knowledge and experience in Automotive standards and certifications such as ISO, JEDEC, QS9000, TS16949 etc. ,,
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop excellent Performance among employee.
- Great and Well develop interpersonal and human organization skills
- Able to work independently and possess good communication skills
