About the Job

· Manages tax related issues of various entities within a Region

· Projects Tax planning · Advises project teams and legal entities on all taxation issues.

· Manages Tax compliance of various entities within a Region

· Manages tax audits of entities within a Region

· Attend Clients/Subcontractors/JV partners meetings

Main Accountabilities

· Projects Tax Planning ( analysis and resolution of tax issues impacting the company’s business)

· Attend clients negotiations meetings (contractual qualifications)

· Manage the Group Reporting to comply with IFRS for various entities within a Region.

· Review the tax position and tax compliance of the branches, subsidiaries and JVs

· Manage the tax audits process: Coordinates, facilitates and resolves tax audits

· Review Local or countries within a Region the Transfer Pricing Report

· Propose Tax optimisation and assess tax implications for projects

· Implementation and follow up on tax issues at project execution stage.

· Serves as principal contact with local tax authorities

About You

We’d love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

· Minimum 8 years experience

· Solid knowledges of international taxation, direct and indirect taxes and tax accounting
