At Sorso’, we serve an edited Italian menu with a fusion twist. Our wine list showcases mostly Italian wines from few selected Italian regions.

Sorso’ has a small bar serving also mocktails and Prosecco based cocktails.

This is a full time position averaging 25/40 hours a week. Sorso’ is open 6 days per week (closed on Monday) from 5:00pm to 11:00pm and, soon, 2 days per week (Saturday and Sunday) from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & CHARACTERISTICS OF SUCCESS

• +3 years experience in a fine-dining restaurant. IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. WE DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME NOT OUR.
• Strong commitment to excellence: Always do the right thing, especially when no one is looking
• Positive outlook and demeanor; negativity and malice will not be tolerated
• A desire to learn and grow in an exciting environment
• Sense of urgency
• Fine dining customer service knowledge
• A working understanding of sanitation codes and DOH regulations
• Work collaboratively with team member.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as walking, bending & standing)

This position requires part or full time availability, including weekend days/evening and weekdays evenings
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus Tips

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,250.00 per week
