Shephard's Beach Resort is now looking for Tiki Beach Bar/Grill Servers and Pool Servers.

Working at Shephard's means working in a fast paced, high energy, fun environment with a breathtaking view! We are now searching for the right candidates to join our team and make great tips! Candidates with previous experience serving cocktails and food will be considered for the position. In addition to experience, we are looking for people with energetic, enthusiastic personalities. Open availability is preferred but schedule requests are accepted when possible. Holidays & weekends are a must. Free employee parking available on site. Must be 21 or older.

Physical requirements include: long hours on your feet, frequent walking/standing, pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds and carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, frequently reaching overhead and exposure to outdoor elements and various climates and temperatures.
