Job description

• Advise customers on repair work and regular service maintenance.
• Promote after-sales services and products in a dedicated, service-oriented, and professional manner.
• Provide professional technical advice to customers on repair scope and estimated cost after diagnosis.
• Knowledge of company products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
• Update customers regularly on vehicle repair status.
• Participate in showroom duties and external roadshow events.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate special cases for corrective action.
• Perform follow-up calls to customers with a pending job on a timely basis.
• Complete all reports in a timely manner and perform additional tasks as and when required by the superior.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks/duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the customer service environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A dynamic, self-motivated, and energetic go-getter with a strong passion for cars and able to demonstrate excellent customer service disposition.
