- Ensure customer satisfaction and build a long term customer relations and brand loyalty
- Assist with the communication of Recall Campaigns and advising customer accordingly
- Manage technical evaluation and repair process
- Evaluate the CRM strategies for escalated cases in order to increase loyalty and retention across dealership to exceed customer's expectation
- Prepare montly report for all escalated cases
