JOB DESCRIPTION
Must-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)• Focus on implementing, configuring, enhancing, maintaining, and integrating systems as well as building custom applications on CSM module of ServiceNow platform.• Experience working with ServiceNow CSM module.• Understand industry integration practices as well as the integration capabilities and design patterns in your application, analyze integration problems, and provide optimal solutions• Lead ServiceNow major release upgrade implementation• Recognize and drive adoption of best practice techniques for ServiceNow development, and communicate with business users, including functional analysis, data flow, and data analysis.• Understand functional requirements and work to improve the end user experience for the application supported• Keep abreast of changes to the application domain you specialize in including changes to existing and introduction of new tools and functionality.Good-to-Have• Certified Application Developer by ServiceNow• Experience in JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML/JSON• Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions• Experience with IT Service Management and related tools• Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)• Working knowledge of relational databasesRoles & Responsibilities:• Good Knowledge on CSM module of ServiceNow • Good Knowledge on ITSM module of ServiceNow • Complete knowledge of the SDLC and Story life cycle • Scripting/Customization Knowledge in Service Now • Developed catalog items, record producers and Create a story form. • Knowledge on Service Catalog, Order Guides, Record Producer , Workflow , transform maps.• Experience on client side scripting such as UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Action and serverside scripting such as script include and business rules.• Having good knowledge on Email notifications,Workflows and scheduled jobs.• Knowledge on Incident, Problem, CMDB CI Knowledge Management streams• Knowledge on SLA definitions and Metrics.• Experience on ACL’s, Outage management and inactivity monitors.• Good Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS and JSON.• Worked on custom application and integrations.• Had knowledge on portal, flow designer in ServiceNow.• Involved major issues solving and bug fixing.• Experience on developing Scoped applications.
