Job description
- To record and up keep site diary on site activities including weather, material delivery, site activities, SO's instruction, machinery and manpower.
- To monitor on-going projects in terms of method of installation, fabrication quality, delivery schedules and material handling by sub-contractor.
- To manage sub-contractor labour, construction schedules, checking of works quality by ensuring QA/QC implementation.
- To liaise with project site on necessary coordination works, site meetings, materials storage, power supply sources, safety of labourers, materials, mobilization & demobilization.
- To facilitate and coordinate material delivery in terms of loading and unloading for both suppliers and client.
- To ensure housekeeping is carried out on a daily basis and ensure wastage is to be minimized on site.
- To report any misconduct of installation method or damages to construction materials with sufficient information to the project team.
