Job Description, roles and responsibilities:
1) Responsible for carry out site survey such as leveling and setting out.
2) Work with minimum supervision.
3) Necessity to work long hour when require by Superior/the management.
4) Computer literate, site document controlling and etc.
5) Responsible for site supervision, coordination, management and oversee the work progress as planned.
6) Responsible and to ensure all works comply to Quality control, materials control, general worker control and compliance of both ISO and Occupational Safety and Health Act requirement.
7) Responsible for control of materials, manpower and machinery, wastage and quality.
8) Prepare action list to subordinate and able to foresee the subsequence work which should be start according to schedule or site condition.
9) Responsible for control of logistic of the project.
10) Feedback progress to QS/HOD for preparing claims.
11) Coordinate/liaise with client, consultants, subordinate, and authority.
12) Keep records and update of materials used/deliver on site and the progress of jobs done on site.
13) To supervise daily construction activities.
14) Monitoring of construction progress, quality and workmanship control/assurance.
15) To prepare and submit proper records of site dairy, site measurement and progress report.
16) To prepare and maintain up to date record on all materials at site.
17) Supervising the running of the construction work with optimum utilization of machinery, manpower and materials plans, and to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with plans, specifications, procedures, work instruction, etc.
18) Responsible for inspect/check all materials, goods and workmanship on and off site before, during and after works to ensure proper protection and optimum usage.
19) Notify superior of any unsuitable or incorrect work/materials done by sub-contractor/supply by suppliers.
20) Responsible for checking all construction drawings (hardcopy and Auto cad file) before construction of every trade of works and keep track record.
21) Responsible for issuance of working drawings to all sub-contractors.
22) Able to monitor and make sure site compliance to COVID-19 SOP by relevant authorities
23) Any other job functions/duties assigned by the management/HOD from time to time.
