Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervise and provide accurate reports on site progress.
• In charge, plan , monitor and supervise all site works and report to Project Manager.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding work progress and quality of work.
• Carry out site inspection.
• Check on all construction drawings to ensure works done are as per requirements.
• Arrange day works for general workers.
• Control material usage and wastage at site.
• Plan for material requisition and liaise with Purchasing department accordingly.
• Counter check on all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate with consultants.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate MUST possess at least Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Able to work independent
• At least 2 - 3years working experience in construction site
• Familiar with Foundation, Structures, Infrastructures, Architecture, Electrical works and System Formwork
• Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful, and discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,300.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
