Job description

-Membuat laporan bergambar dan kerja harian
-Update data google drive untuk setiap projek yang dipegang
-Mencari dan setup subcon/team kerja untuk setiap projek yang dipegang
-Menghadiri lawatan tapak dengan client dan subcon
-Memantau projek dari awal hingga akhir projek sehingga penutupan akaun projek
-Mesyuarat dengan pihak client dan subcon
-Menyediakan perancangan kerja bagi semua projek yang dipegang
-Memastikan kemajuan dan timeline kerja mengikut jadual perancangan kerja
-Menyelia team subcon/inhouse di tapak projek
-Menyediakan barang dan peralatan kerja
-Backup kerja tapak projek jika team kerja tidak mencukupi
-Memantau kakitangan di tapak projek dan penyediaan time sheet kakitangan
-Membuat inventori
-Menerima apa-apa arahan dan tugasan daripada Penyelia/Pengurus/Pengarah tanpa bantahan

Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Diploma Mekanikal / Elektrikal / Sivil daripada universiti yang diiktiraf
Pengalaman 2 tahun ke atas di bidang construction, M&E, maintenance bangunan.
